Service Description

This beginner-friendly session includes a full assessment, an overview of the Reformer, and guided introductory exercises to help you understand your body and the Pilates method. You’ll also learn a bit about the classical Pilates history and principles, giving you a strong foundation for your practice.

Cancellation Policy

Flohaus Pilates – General Booking Policy Scheduling All sessions must be booked in advance through the Flohaus Pilates scheduling system or directly with your instructor. Availability is not guaranteed; booking early is recommended. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session start time. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will result in the session being deducted or charged in full. For memberships or auto-renew packages, late cancels and no-shows count as used sessions. Payments Payment is required at the time of booking. All sales are final, and sessions/packages are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change with notice. Expiration All packages have specific expiration dates (listed at purchase). Expired sessions cannot be extended, except at management’s discretion. Late Arrivals Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and forfeited. Instructor & Studio Policies Flohaus Pilates may provide instructor substitutions when needed. The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies or instructor availability. In these cases, clients will not lose the session. Health & Safety Clients must inform instructors of any injuries, conditions, or changes in health prior to each session. Participation is at your own risk. Flohaus Pilates is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions. Communication All booking changes, cancellations, and questions should be sent via email, text, or through the studio’s booking platform.
