Refund Policy

All Pilates classes, packages, and promotional offers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once purchased, sessions cannot be reassigned, shared, or credited to another client. Expiration dates apply to all packages, and unused sessions will not be refunded, extended, or converted into credit unless required by law. Cancellations or no-shows are subject to the studio’s standard cancellation policy and do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling outside of the policy window. By purchasing any session or package, clients agree to these terms.
